    Hi, I have captured a 76 minuntes home video tape with 1.3GB. How can I burn them into 1 CD (VCD format) since is only a 76 minutes video. Thank you very much.

    What kind of software i need to use and how to convert, please help me!

    If that capture is mpeg 1, then it wont fit on 1 disk.
    Use TMPGEnc to convert, load a VCD template PAL/NTSC
