Following the instructions exactly in the guide for ripping to one VCD using CLADVD ande TMPGENC exactly, I tried to fit a 95minute movie at 950Kbs CBR with 224Kbps WAV audion using TMPGENC....instead of getting an 804MB file, I get an 997MB file!...any ideas for what Ic ould be doing wrong?

Just an idea... I noticed this the other day. If you set the type to "Video CD non-Standard", rather than just plain "Video CD", the file seems to grow an additional 3MB per minute. Now, in some cases, you WILL need to set it to non-standard, so it may be unavoidable and you'll just have to adjust the rest of your settings accordingly.
Or this may not be the case at all. Like I said, just an idea. I really can't think of anything else that would bump the size up like that.
