    Hi, I'm new here. sorry if this has been posted before. I recently downloaded "The Two Towers" it is an Xvid. I found out from this site that TMPGEnc will convert it to mpg if you change the Environmental settings. It will start to work then TMPGEnc will disapear after converting 10 mins. of video. Am I doing something wrong or missing something. Any help would be great.
