TempEng Error -537403781 180624

Hi I am trying to burn the fast and the furious....I keep getting TEMPENG errors with numbers like: -537403781 180624 When I hit ok i get another one with another number any ideas whats wrong???

yeah i'm having the same problem and am very confused. can someone please help!

As Newbie myself, I had this problem...
If you open TMPGEnc and close the Wizard.
Go to Options on top menu and select Environmetnal Setting.
Under the Tab 'VFAPI Plug in', where it says 'DirectShow Multimedia File Reader' on the right will be a Priority number.
Right-click on this number and select 'Higher Priority'.
Change it so that it is either 1 or 2 (Set to 2 on my PC!).

If you click ok, this should encode ok without getting the numeric error messgaes.
If it is still happening, I not sure. I just know this fixed it in my case!!

i also had this problem try downloading virtual dub then convert audio to wav and re encode using wav file for audio
