I have attempted to backup one of my music dvds that has been abuse (it is starting to crack in the centre). I followed the newbies guide and ripped the disc fine. I then did all the ifo edit stuff and now have less than 4.3GB of data ready to go. I copied this to a Verbatim DVD+RW using nero. It plays fine on my Sony Writer DRD500A and on my samsun DVD rom in my PC. It takes age to load on my LG dvd -rom /cd writer drive and it won't play at all on my Standalone Pioneer DV-535. Could this be related to wheter the file names are in upper or lower case, the VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS dirs are in caps. Is it possible I have done something wrong or is the media not compatible with my standalone player? According to the compatability Guide on the website I should be able to play DVD-RW, DVD-R and DVD+RW.
