im just wondering if anyone has tried this and got it to work a few web sites are offering a deal where u pay 50 pounds etc for a remote control they send u and u can only use it once to make the player region free then the remote become useless but charging 50 quid for pushing a few buttons is ridiculos im hoping someone will let the cat out of the bag and save me some money any info on this much appreciated as im sure there are plenty people out there who also want there sony ns players made region free too without havin to get mod chips installed etc.
