I have been doing this successfully for some time now, but my harddrive crashed and I had to replace it recently... I have been trying to do the TMPGEnc step, with VFAPI for TMPGEnc installed. It will not see my d2v file from my movie and when I tell it to look at all files and select it, it says file type unsupported....

I think you need to move the VFAPI higher up the priority list in environmental settings. There are a other posts / answers on this in the forum.
