I have seen golf anysis video that compares your stokes to the pros. I wanted to know if their is some software you can use to have a video in video or a side by side.

I've done this before with Adobe After Effects to compare the video quality of two different encodes. With After Effects its extremely easy to do but the program is not cheap. Off hand I can't think of any other software that can do this.

I have done this before but with 4 video's taking 1/4 of the screen each. Trueman gave me a script for avisynth for doing this so it would be easy to change for 2 video's. Unfortunately I no longer have the script, but it can be done in avisynth which is free. Search Trumans posts for avisynth, the script is probrably still on the forum somewhere.

Premiere will do this even without AfterEffects. The motion menu will allow you to scale and place a video track anywhere on the screen. Just use two tracks and you have it.
For analyzing swings, you can also use the speed control and slow down the motion. -
