Im using version 2.51 and for some reason anytime I input a file to encode and try to encode it, it takes 1 sec and outputs a 0 byte file with the correct name??

Also, I got an avi version of that "crop design" movie and I cant get TMPGEnc to take it to convert. It just says cannot open or unsupported. This happens with all avi's I try to give it. I know that this one is 20 frames/sec...

Any ideas??
