  1. i have tried to create from ulead video studio, mgi video wave 4, and adobe premiere, with TMPGEnc to encode to vcd compliant, and i still have a problem with it. i need help to loose the mozaic, please help me.
    and sometimes my movie is not good as the source. on moving camera it looks like not pretty as real moving. please help me ..

    By "mozaic" I presume you mean the display pattern that most folks here refer to as "macroblocks", which contribute at times to the presence of "artifacts" in the video stream, correct? The easiest way to deal with this is to use a higher video bit rate for encoding. Next, you can try using the filters found in the Setting | Advanced tab of TMPGEnc. Finally, you could attempt to change the Setting | Quantize matrix and then test the result.
