I have used dup-dvd and copy dvd plus to create vcds and they often leave the job incomplete - Sometimes the voice will be in a different langauage or no voice at all. Please, let me know what's the most reliable and user friendly all around DvD-T-_Vcd software to use. Also, is using co-dec any good? Is the process the same as using DvD-to-Vcd software? If so, what the best one to use. Thanks.

A good all-in-one is DVDx. It will copy to VCD, SVCD and AVI and will cut the output to fit on CD's.
The only problem I've seen is that the MPEG encoding isn't quite up to scratch....good for playing on a small (51cm and under) TV though. It is possible to frameserve to TMPGEnc which gives excelent results....but you loose the convenience of an all-in-one solution..
