Have been trying to convert some animation (pencil tests - lots of white) for a couple of days now and thought I would get some help.

Source files are DV Type2 720x480 - edited together in Premiere and frameserved out to TMPGenc with the Premiere video server plugin off of videotools.net.

When setting is Highest Quality or High, Premiere will crash at various times. But when set to Motion Estimate it completes the file without any problems.

And I may not be too picky yet - but the quality looks just as good (even though it crashes , half the file is still there)

Frameserving with other similar type files (but NOT animation) works perfectly at the highest quality setting without a hiccup.

Is there something intrinsically problematic about animation that would cause Premiere to fail? It doesn't seem like it should be any different, but I've really broken it down to this being the only difference between crashing and a successful conversion.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
