    I need a vcd unlocked template, with unlocked i mean just like the standard VCD Pal template but like i can edit it.To lower the bitrate a bit or make it higher.It would be really good.Cause if a movies is 83min i could make the bitrate to 1050kbit instead of 1150kbit and make it fit onto a cd.Thanks in advance

    It's in the \Template\Extra directory of TMPGenc as a default template.
