    I have 2 mpeg videos about 35 minutes each. They are only about 150 megabytes each.

    If I put them both on one disc as a VCD, will it work. Will they show up as seperate chapters or tracks or something along those lines?

    Depends on your authoring/burning software.

    Why not try it ?. You can drop as many .mpg files in as you want with Nero, without any menu they should play after each other

    Yes, actually droping mpg1 files on nero as vcd (compliant or not) makes a sequential playback possible.
