    I am from australia and here most people use dial up like me. And with kazaa its download rate is about 0.7mb/sec when i am on the computer and about 0.01kb/sec when off the computer. do u guys know why it is this slow off the comnputer. some people i have talked to find it downloads quicker when off the computer? please help?????

    Are you saying.. While your using the computer things download slower ?

    off the computer means it is not on not connected to the net it is off and on means the opposite of that

    Then if your not connected to the internet, your download speeds are "Zero" How can you download when your not connected ?
