Download a few tmd-movies, but when i encode using tmpgenc, i get only a fair picture, tried a few templates but i still get the motion looking slightly slow. tried burning in ntsc and pal but made no difference, also tried fast encode and slow encode still the same.
does anybody else in here download and encode these movies ??? if so what settings are u using.
Thanks in advance.

the motion looking like they're going slow isn't how you're encoding
it's how the movie was encoded previously
best to not even attempt any conversion on such low framerate movies
