Hi guys a newb here so please bear with me!![]()
Ok I have successfully backed up several of my dvd's to date. I tried doing the same with my Shallow Hal but when i went to rip, a window would pop up stating, "No Keys Found In This Encrypted File!" I'm stumped and this is the 1st time it's happened. Im using the same progs on the newbie guide dvd to vcd guide...Smart Ripper, DVD2AVI, TMPGEnc, Chapter Xtracter, and VCD Easy...
I have a Sony Vaio running windows XP @ 1.8 Ghz, 256 megs, 40 gigs, Nvidia Riva TNT 64, Sony 24Xcdrw and a Pioneer dvd 117-r...
any suggestions?

I've never seen that msg but sometimes if you play the dvd in a sofware player first it seems to clear up alot of problems.
-Hope this helps
