Recording From Teac DVD 2150

Hey

Does anyone know if you can record dvd movies onto noraml vcr tapes
i have a teac 2150 dvd player and cannot record to tapes the movie shows dark lines every 30 seconds.I connect my dvd player through a AV channel then from tv to vcr throug the video in....I was able to tape one movie properly Legally Blonde but eversince ive tried all types of dvd's and vcds all same problem.

I used another dvd player a cheapyer connia i think and it works fine.If anyone could help thnks.

The reason you are not able to record that DVD is because it is protected with Macrovision. You need to have that disabled in your DVD player before you can make copies of DVD's that are protected.

Sometimes the modification is simple, but mostly you need to have a chip fitted to do the work for you.
