  1. i d/l a vcd from the news groups but b4 i burn it i need to no if its pal or ntsc? is there a progie that will tell me this information? the info wasnt posted bout it at the groups..

    PAL = 25 fps
    NTSC = 29.97 fps

    if 23 then possible it is ntsc - also 352*240 ntsc 352*288 pal

  3. Play the MPEG. If it is 352x240 @ 29.97 fps then it is NTSC. If it is 352x288 @ 25 fps, it is PAL.

  7. i tryd the media player thing and all it says is the time and size, for the demensions it says 352x240
