    Is there anyway to burn a VCD or SVCD straight from an rm file? Like said in the guides, rm to avi is crap in, crap out.
    Never has one went so far only to find a pile of paperclips. One will pick them up, eat them, and get attacked by a terrible digestion.

    Sorry but the simple answer is no. There is no encoding program that can open an real media file. By the way the crap in/crap out normally refers to the fact the real media files are generally low quality (to keep size down)
