    downloded avi files which are 350x288 are sometime not good enough
    u see the picture which is not very clear or the sound sound is not good
    how do i improve this

    Buy the movie. The original movie wasn't well captured. If you can't live with AVI files not sure what else you can live with.

    There is also a chance that your PC is too slow to make a smooth AVI playback which usually is quite taxing in terms of computer resources. If this is not the case, the source AVI is bad...
