My captured video is SVCD mpeg-1, and I didn't chose any mpeg-2 settings in TMPGenc. So why does it give me a 30 day limited mpeg-2 trial period warning everytime I encode with it?

I don't want to convert to mpeg-2 and didn't see that I chose anything related to it....why does TMPGenc say I am on the bottom of the panel while it is processing my clips?

    Oops! I didn't realize that.

Ok, if I capture using SVCD and the use TMPGenc to filter and convert to VCD, then I could use TMPGenc indefinitely, Right?

Would the end product look Ok? My DVCII does not capture too well in VCD mode. Would this be a way to get around that?
