I want to know if it's possible or if there is a guide on how to convert VHS, S-VIDEO, HI-8 or whatever video source like Satellite via S-Video...
and convert the video file eventually to MPG4 format.
I've heard that MPG4 although not a standard, comes pretty close to DVD Quality, but with way less space needed.......60-90 min on CDR?
So I'd rather skip the SVCD or CVD formats.....I figure that eventually MPG4 will become a standard...?
I have an ATI Radeon ALL-IN-WONDER 7500.....it's an awesome card!
Now I just want to know how I can use it to make MPG4 videos, so I can archive my VHS home videos etc...
Thanks!
