  1. wtf are those? lol in the tutorial to burn vcd's it says that in nero you should select one of those depending on which one your mpg file is...
    how do i know which one my mpg file is?

    also i dl a movie and i burnt it and the cd plays on windows media player in my cd drive but it doesnt play on my toshiba dvd player on my tv, why is that?

    http://www.vcdhelp.com/vcd.htm#tech All about PAL & NTSC. A Pal cd won't play properly in a NTSC formatted TV or DVD player. Pal is mainly for Europe and Asia while NTSC is America.
