  1. i have been burnin vcd's for a min now..... but i am about to burn my first dvd (gettin burner next week) and i want to know how to put menus in it. I never learned how to do it wit my vcd's because i heard a lot of people had problems...... but i def want to have it in my dvd's since there wont be a break in the movie like vcd's

    To make chapters and also burning I use Ulead DVD Movie Factory . Itīs very simple to use.Actually, I use it to make svcds e vcds . I recommend

    Hope you're getting a rewritable type, especially with the cost of blank DVD media. To me DVD+RW is the only way to go. I would have gone thru a ton of money and had a ton of coasters if not for the RW format.

  4. HHHHHEEEELLLLZZZZZZZZZZ NO.... My friend bought one of those hp 100i (dvd+rw) when they first came out..... and come to find out that they dont work in shhhhhhh..... even his new sony surround system.... i couldnt believe it........ so i am gettin a dvd-r/-rw since they are PROVIN to work on almost all dvd players....... even the old ones

  5. Ulead DVD Factory or Sonic DVDit are good routes to go for simple menu creation and linking, but I would highly recommend always mastering the folders or images in these programs and burning from within Nero, as it is just much mroe reliable. Good luck.
