Ok guys, tell us what type of DVD-Rs you use and how much per disc. I want to get a list of all the media you have success with and all the ones that are bad so we can decide what to buy before spending $$$ on 100pcs of DVD-Rs that are no good.

So far I 've been using memorex DVD-R's which are great and I had success everytime but they cost me about $8 per disc. I'm trying to find what other type is good enough for this that is much cheaper.

check out www.hypermicro.com they got some good generic dvd-r's for 190$ for 100 of them. i tested them on a apex, sony, sanyo and my pioneer , they all played flawlesly. the only draw back is they only burn at 1x.
