    Do you know where I could find a good template (for something like Publisher) for DVD and CD inserst?

    make you own as i did, it easy, as all you need are 2 perfect circles, one for outer edge of disc one for inner, , anything inside of those you do what evey, copy past ect. What I did after i had 2 circles alinged , was to group, copy them and past back so I had 2 template for one sheet for Avery labels. I then adjusted ( with nudge tool ) the groups, printed out on white stock paper and then checked against a new clean Avery CD / DVD label sheet for alignment, once that was done I locked the 2 groups as one and saved the template. From there you are free to do what ever you want inside the templates.
