    Is mp3 to mpeg possible? If it is where can I find the program or software? Tmpgenc wont let me.

    Here is one way you can do it. Go to the link below and download CDex from cnet.

    With this free program you will be able to convert the MP3 back to a .wav file and plug the .wav file into TMPGEnc.

    It's very fast and painless.

    It works good for me to convert mp3 to mp2 with tmpgenc, did you u select Audio Only and opened the .mp3 with the browse button for the audio?

    But it's maybe mp3 with variable bitrate and then i dont think it will work....then use a mp3 to wav converter as dancoe says.

    And checkout toolame wavtomp2 converter also...it's better than the tmpgenc audio converter.
