Yesterday i bought my new video capture card a Dazzle DVC-II. But now i am having this issue with the source signal. This card really support PAL signals ? (like PAL-M)
I have tried everything but the bundled capture software MovieStar doesn't recognize the source video.
In the Video Standard selection the only option avaliable is "NTSC" there is some trick that i missed or this card come in separate versions ? NTSC and PAL ?
