i have a panasonic dvd player model #CQ-DVR909U AM/FM/CD/DVD A/V Player in my truck.
the manufacturers say burned cd's will not play...i have one that does, yet i don't know the format or program the burned cd-r has...also, i have tried many different types of cd-r's and none of them work...i am using adaptec easy cd creator 4... what shall i do? what do i need to make a cd work in this type of player? it plays multiregion dvd's and vcd's...what program's shall i use to experiment with? if it plays dvd's and vcd's, is there a way to convert all of my winamp files over to a cd and have my player recognize it? what format shall i use?

Where did you get this one vcd that works? Are you sure its burned because if it is then there should probably be a logo on it saying the brand of cdr it is. You probably just need to use this same brand.
Is it possible that this is an official vcd? These are pressed not burned. They are the same as audio cds and any dvd player can read them. If this is the case then you are out of luck. The only vcds your dvd player will play are pressed disks so you will have to buy your vcds because a cd pressor is very expensive.
Your winamp files? You mean just plain audio? Make an audio cd.
If you mean video then you just need to make a vcd, assuming you find a compatible media. Follow the guides on this site to do so. Otherwise you will have to make a dvd, which can only be done if you have a dvdwriter.
