I have a CD-I movie disc that I want to convert to VCD compliant mpegs.
I can play the files OK in Media Player, but the resolution is not compliant with VCD standard. I have used VCD Gear to convert the DAT files to mpeg, but the resolution still isnt VCD compliant. I Have tried TMPGenc to convert the files but it keeps coming up with an error message saying the file is an invalid mpg source.
Are there any tools out there that will allow me to load in the file and convert it to standard VCD format ?
