ok, here is my problem i want to record my movies onto vhs tape from my pc. I have got the s-video cable pluged into the tv but i cant get the vcr to recogize the auxillery channel on the tv set. thats my first problem.

now my second problem. i then plug the s-video into the back of my vcr with the the use of a scart adapter. my vcr can then play the movie through any channel on the tv (a little bit of tuning needed). however my vcr picks the channel up but the screen has little dots like static going across the screen is this macrovision im not quite sure

i think ill need some help on how to set it up so i can record stuff to vhs tapes thanks

im not really going to help i just want to know what card you have as im about to try the same thing.Im trying to get advice on wether to buy a card that does just tv out or buy another graphics card with tv out enabled on it.Can you help at all?
