To burn a DVD you need a DVD burner.

DO you mean VCD or SVCD?

YOu need a premasting/burning Program.

Nero Burning Rom(VCD and SVCD), NTI CD Maker(VCD only), Roxio EZ CD Creator Platnuium(must pay for VCD burner, VCD only)

Select from the menu what you want. If you made MPEG1, select Video CD.

If you made MPEG2, select Super Video CD.

Add the files you made.

Click burn and start the burn process.


I hope your DVD player plays it.


If you want to author a DVD with a DVD burner, I can't help you. I'm sorry

You mean burn the movie into VCD right?

If so then click "Author", under "How To" on the left.
