    How to set NTSC or PAL when I burn my
    VCD in Nero 5.. Thank's for you help,

    As far as I remember, you don't need to set in Nero 5.0 the type of format, it just burns it as is according to the MPG you dragged, the addition of the PAL/NTSC is 5.5 I believe is strickly for the menu.
