can any one tell me why dup-dvd is only making one image file not the full
movie
it is not suppose to be trial version

I'm having exactly the same problem. If I choose to fit rip onto 2 discs it only writes the first disc or MPeg file.
I've tried contacting for support but I'm not getting any replies.
Can choose to write as one file but then it does not fit onto disc. -
The Dup-DVD is actually a test version. It appears full but it is not. You have to register it to be able to do a complete burn. Yeah, it is annoying that it copies the entire DVD, but only burns a part of it. If a test, just copy part and burn part so you can see the quality.

Sorry for any confusion but I have a fully paid up version. It spends the 15 hours ripping (as opposed to the 3 hours the demo took) but will only write 1 of the mpeg files ot the hard disc.
