I've been using Kwags templates and they seem to have a standard frame rate of 23.976. I have been changing this to 29.976 because when i play movies on my standalone dvd player, the frame rate seems jerky, especially during running or action scenes. I know that changing the frame rate from 23.976 to 29.976 increases my final file size by 20%(i've heard)
I read earlier that if i use the 3:2 pulldown option in TMPG, i can leave the frame rate at 23.976 and i shouldn't have any problems with the jerkiness/pausing? Now, i've tried checking off this option but it changes the frame rate to 50fps?
Am i doing something wrong here? I would love to figure this out, so i can save some space and time. Can anyone shed some light on this?![]()
