    [---> = Converted or Munipulated to]

    DIVXMPG4 V3 (23fps) ---> split the Audio and Video with VirtualDub
    DIVXMPG4 V3 (23fps) + Audio1 ---> MPG2 with TMPGEnc
    SYNC is perfect!!!

    MPG2 ---> DVD format VOB the frame rate must be sped up to 29fps (not sped up by me, internal settings i assume/unchangeable) which messes up the audio/video SYNC using ULead Movie Factory.

    Perfect Quality, Perfect Sound, No Gitters or Stuttering in the Picture, simple Menu with sound. Only problem is SYNC. Need some ideas. Please respond. Thanks alot PolyKronic!!!

  2. Use Tmpgenc to convert the video only at 23.97fps. (use the DVD NTSC template, change frame rate to 23.97 and set to video only). Afterwards, pass the resulting .m2v file through pulldown.exe to add the 3:2 pulldown flags. This should then be accepted by your DVD authoring proggy.
