DVD2AVI dont produce a wav file?

I have a problem with ripping audio from dvd.
I ripp it with smartripper and then i want to create a
wav and a d2v file. DVD2AVI runs fine but it doesnt create
any wav file.
Suggestions?

make sure you're using all the default settings that came with dvd2avi. in the audio pulldown, i use the following and it works fine:

track number 1
channel format - auto select
dolby digital - decode selected
mpeg audio - demux all tracks
48 -> 44 conversion off

please verify you have these settings....
