    Please, I need a TMPGEnc expert who can tell me why I get only black when I try to encode my AVI files, captured and compressed in MJPEG by Pinnacle's Miro DC30 in all versions except for the 12a. I have seen many other people with the same problem in this forum and in others with no answers.
    I thank any clues.

    It's getting quite a common question,.. and the answer is in the 'Encoding with TMPGEnc' help file in this site.

    Anyway here we go again,..

    Go to Global settings and select the VAFPI plugins tab

    Change the priority of the AVI VFW compatibility reader from -1 to 1.
