  1. I downloaded the Matrix Reloaded trailer and now I want to burn it to VCD. What is a good freeware program to use to burn it and play it on my DVD player. The player is a Philips DVD 825 player. I downloaded something called TMPGenc and found more instructions about just copying some file to the TMPGenc folder. What exactly do i have to do? If anyone knows please respond.

you will no doubt need the quicktime reader plugin.

drop this into your tmpgenc folder, this will enable you to read quicktime files.

Best burner (this will get me in trouble) NERO....They let you download a demo of it at the offical site....Think it expires after a certain amount of time or something....
Nero will encode files (such as avi's and mpg's) to VCD compliant MPG1...Before burning ...but if you want to control settings its best to use TMPGe. Goto the how to section and read Sefeys how to rip dvd to vcd article she or he (don't know) explains TMPGe in there perty well ( the rest is good to )
