  1. Okey now I have my encoded MPEG file about 1481 Mb and I want to split it. Now for CD#1. How can I find out how many seconds of my file fits on 1 80Min CD? for (X)VCD or (X)SVCD

FitCD will do all this - even calculating using different software i.e TMPGEnc, BBMPEG etc. - try it.

  7. What I mean is a program that can open a MPEG file and test it for average bitrate. I've tried MPEGProp but it's buggy

Yes, there is a program to visualise the bitrate of your whole movie - can't remember what it's called though. I know I have it somewhere on my HD. - Shall check and get back to you.
