    I just finished downloading panic room but it's widescreen. Is there any way to convert it to full screen without losing quality?

    no, I don't believe there is, correct me if I'm wrong, but attempting to make the film fullscreen from the rip will just make it looks magnified and quite ugly, however, I'm sure it can be done, and if the bitrate of the source file is high enough then maybe it can look decent too
