    Hi, I just got an AVI format and I want to change it to ASF?? Is there a program or anything I can to change it? Thanks!

    I don't know why you would want to convert to ASF...It bites...Use MPG Maybe but not ASF
    But the "Convert Section: In How To "

    Why dont you convert it into WMV?

    Use the Micro$oft Windows Movie Maker.

    I heard that you can convert it into ASF using the old Windows Media Tools, but you will have to find it in Internet or some P2P network...

    Well, you see, my dvd player can support WINDOWS MEDIA so I want to convert AVI to ASF so I can watch it on my DVD PLAYER!

    I did,nt think that a DVD player could play any other video files than mpeg1 and 2?

    What kind of DVD player do you have that supports ASF's?! That must be one hella expensive DVD Player!
