    Hmm... I have just been starting to try and make VCDs, and so far I have had no success. I am using a hp cd-writer 8200 series external burner.

    VCDeasy wont work with me because they dont work with USB burners
    I tried nero... and every time it tries to burn it says the medium is not empty, even though it truly is... I have tried multiple CD-Rs of a couple different brands.

    Could anyone give me some info please? This is incredibly annoying!

    Try reinstalling the Burner and make sure that you've gone through all the steps entailed on the site to create vcd's.
