Any info on APEX AD-2500??

Has anyone had a chance to test the APEX AD 2500. From their website it seems to be compatible with everything that the 1500, but with better playback. I'd like to see if anyone has seen any comp problems with VCD's, etc

I just stopped by ABC Warehouse (Mich.USA) this weekend and their in-store paper shows the Apex AD-2500 being sold for $114.88 but they had none in stock... the picture of the player is of the AD-1500 (at least that's what it loox like to me)... anyway, if you go to the Apex website (www.apexdigitalinc.com) and look at the upcoming DVD players, the AD-2500 is indeed there... the details say that it won't be available until summer time, furthermore, it is of silver color... I imagine that ABC did not have a picture of it so, they just slapped a pic of the AD-1500 on their paper... I'd like to get my hands on one of those or the AD-2100 which on Apex's website shows its release for Spring 2002... I hope they put either one out there soon cuz I want one for testing!!! especially the Windows Media Player feature... I want to see what that's all about...

sorry, on the previous message, I inverted the release dates for the two players... ad-2500 (spring 2k2), ad-2100 (summer 2k2)...
