I multiplexed it in TMPGEnc with MPEG Tooles from MPEG 2 TO A .MPG

Now it loads in TMPGEnc but when i got th cds its like evry 20 secs went slow mo and sound skiped
I was told this is becus its a NTSC MPEG so how would i cxonver to PAL do i just load he spuer video cd PAL template in TMPGEnc and satrt the encoding?
