i live in Brazil our dvd players r setted to region 4.
which one will be the best vcd format for our stand alone players?(pal or ntsc)

If you look at a region 4 dvd (or its case) it should say whether it is pal or ntsc.

Just did a search for region 4 pal or ntsc on google and found this page, took about 30 seconds.
