ArrowDL 4.2.1-Update works,but parts of toolbar in Arabic!

Have re-installed, but makes no difference. Have attached part of toolbar.
Be nice to get back to some form of English...

Click Option, Preferences, select American English, OK.

Thanks, ProWo, for the helpful reply.
The preferences menu was masked because it came up in arabic, as did loads of the options underneath, so I couldn't tell where I was.
But with your guidance I got there & it is now fine.
