[UK] BBC iPlayer UHD Glastonbury 2025 sets

Hello there,

Not sure if this is allowed to be discussed here, so delete if necessary.

Does anybody have any information on how to download a copy of the 4K streams that the BBC made available from the recent Glastonbury festival?

I know that get_iplayer can download 720p/1080p content but not the 4K stuff since it's not on the iPlayer website, only certain 4K devices can access it. Not much info around after that though.

Specifically the sets from the Pyramid stage, some of them were streamed in 4K, for e.g.

Is anybody here able to obtain the following videos in 4K from the BBC iPlayer? I'm experiencing some issues setting up various downloaders and the videos will expire from the iPlayer at the end of today.

Did you archive all the available streams for those videos or is that command downloading direct from the iPlayer?

All mpd pull from Devine/unshackle
4k mpd can’t fetch from browser, it need android and cert to fetch 4k mpd

Ah okay. So do you need to use android via a virtual box in order to get that 4K mpd then?

Also, do you happen to know why you get this error in command if you have a VPN enabled (UK servers)?

"Response status code does not indicate success: 403 (Forbidden)"

Would it be too much to ask you or anyone else able, to grab three more 4K mpds please? It would be nice to archive the best possible video quality before they disappear off of the iPlayer.
