  1. Hi, All.

I have Corel Videostudio and it 100% sucks. Video editing, for me, is a tedious and time-consuming endeavor. And doing it on software that is super buggy, and crashes if you perform just about any action makes it that much more of a hassle for me. But... I have to do it.

Being completely over all the issues with Corel, I'm hoping I can get some options for a different, affordable video editor. Mind you, I am in no way an expert at this. I just need to create some 15-30 second videos for a class of actors.

I've tried Divinci Resolve in the past, but there was a stability issue with that one as well. Maybe they've fixed that by now?

Any ideas for other software I can try?

    Thanks!

  2. Give AVIDemux a try.
Clever is an FFMPEG GUI & it has a cut feature.
    Also a Join feature.
